Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in the
Chicago area. This is a night shift role
(6p-6a).Responsibilities:Supervise and lead a team of maintenance
technicians, ensuring they are trained and equipped to perform
their duties effectively.Develop and implement preventive
maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and increase
overall equipment efficiency.Manage maintenance schedules, assign
tasks, and prioritize work orders to maintain efficient
manufacturing operations.Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing
equipment, including but not limited to, CNC machines, conveyors,
robotics, and various industrial systems.Requirements:High school
diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification is a
plus.Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor within a
manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of industrial machinery,
including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
