Pediatrics On Demand is an Urgent Care -and Primary Care located in Oak Lawn, IL. We also have a sister company Minis Walk In Clinic. -We serve patients from birth to 21 years of age. -Job Type: Full TimeResponsibilities: -

Prepare monthly bank account reconciliationsPrepare monthly credit card account reconciliationsData Entry of all accounting transactionsManage multiple businesses for accountingClean up General LedgerProvide Accounts Payable and Receivable supportReview Balance Sheet and Income StatementIssue monthly financial statementsSubmit sales tax annually Comply with financial policies and proceduresCash flow management -Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant degree Journal entriesSales taxAt least 1 of work experience as an AccountantExcellent knowledge of accounting regulations and proceduresExperience with QuickBooks OnlineAdvanced MS Excel skillsExperience with general functionsStrong attention to detail and good analytical skillsCPA or CMA is a PLUSPowered by JazzHR
