Seeking a driven individual with a strong foundation to run a homecare office in the Southwest Chicago suburbs.
This position has growth potential as the business grows. This is a franchised office that opened Fall of 2021. Flexible hours, having your own office. Training available for the right candidate who meets the below qualifications. Only one position available.
Responsibilities:-Answer customer/caregiver inquiries-Assist in the front/back of the office to ensure optimal efficiency-Verify insurances, authorizations-Schedule caregivers/clients-Train employees based on orientation/presentation provided-Resolve escalated customer concerns-Visiting client homesQualifications:-Positive upbeat and outgoing personality-Strong emotional intelligence-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office or similar suite-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment/fast learner --Excellent written and communication skills-Ability to think on your feet-Punctual/strong motivation
-*Preferred skills:
-Home care experience (taking care of a family member is acceptable)-Office experience-Speaks Espanol
