Seeking a driven individual with a strong foundation to run a homecare office in the Southwest Chicago suburbs.
This position has growth potential as the business grows. This is a franchised office that opened Fall of 2021. Flexible hours, having your own office. Training available for the right candidate who meets the below qualifications. Only one position, office and company car available.
Responsibilities:-Answer customer/caregiver inquiries-Assist in the front/back of the office to ensure optimal efficiency-Verify insurances, authorizations-Schedule caregivers/clients-Train employees based on orientation/presentation provided-Resolve escalated customer concerns-Visiting client homesQualifications:-Positive upbeat and outgoing personality-Strong emotional intelligence-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office or similar suite-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment/fast learner --Excellent written and communication skills-Ability to think on your feet-Punctual/strong motivation
-*Preferred skills:
-Home care experience (taking care of a family member is acceptable)-Office experience-Speaks Espanol
