currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused
Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate
will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical
understanding of automotive systems, and a commitment to providing
outstanding service to our customers. As a key member of our
service team, the Automotive Service Advisor plays a crucial role
in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients.
Responsibilities: Greet customers and assess their automotive
service needs. Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle
symptoms. Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and
timelines. Communicate effectively with customers regarding
recommended services. Coordinate with the service technicians to
ensure timely completion of repairs. Keep customers informed of the
status of their vehicles. Address customer inquiries and concerns
in a professional and courteous manner. Schedule appointments and
manage the service department's workload. Maintain accurate and
organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve service department
goals. Qualifications: Previous experience as an Automotive Service
Advisor is preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive systems and
repairs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional
service. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficient in computer systems and software used in automotive
service. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Team
