Job Description Job Description Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design or related field OR professional experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in education, Social Service, or Learning & Development Two years of professional work experience Description Coordinates, develops training content for, and implements staff academic professional learning programs to maximize the professional and personal growth of the workforce to meet the needs of participants served and their families. Coordinate logistics for professional learning events, including scheduling, venue booking, catering, and equipment setup. Assist with coordinating the delivery of professional learning programs, workshops, seminars, and conferences, ensuring high-quality instruction and engagement. Communicate with participants, presenters, and stakeholders to provide information about professional learning opportunities, schedules, and requirements. Manage the registration and enrollment process for professional learning activities, including tracking attendance and maintaining participant records. Provide support and assistance to facilitators and participants before, during, and after professional learning events. Organize and distribute resources, materials, and technology tools needed for professional learning sessions. Assist in creating and formatting professional learning curriculums, resources, and materials tailored to the needs of UCP Seguin employees under the guidance from the Director of Professional Learning and Professional Learning Administrator to ensure compliance with training requirements set by applicable funding sources, and regulatory and accreditation agencies.
