Description: CNC Supervisor $30.00 - $35.00 per hour base
depending of technical skill level 2nd shift - $1 premium 3rd shift

seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Supervisor to join our
team. As a CNC Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing
the production process, ensuring that all CNC machines are
operating efficiently and effectively, and supervising a team of
CNC operators. CNC Supervisor Responsibilities: - Supervise a team
of CNC operators to ensure that production goals are met - Monitor
and maintain the quality of products produced by the CNC machines -
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the
production process - Ensure that all safety protocols are followed
by the team - Collaborate with other departments to ensure that
production schedules are met - Train new CNC operators on machine
operation and safety procedures - Maintain accurate records of
production data and machine maintenance Requirements: - High school
diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC
machining and programming preferred - Strong knowledge of CNC
machines and programming languages - Ability to read and interpret
technical drawings and blueprints - Excellent communication and
leadership skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a
team - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills If you are
