Itasca, IL | Precision CNC Machine Shop | $20 - $40/hr (DOE) Benefits Tech-Max Machine , a premier CNC machine shop in Itasca, Illinois, is growing! Our new, state-of-the-art technical center is equipped with advanced CNC technology, and we’re looking for experienced CNC Machinists to join our winning team. If you want to work on complex, large parts using the latest equipment while building a rewarding career, this is the place for you. What You’ll Do Set up, program, and operate CNC Lathes and CNC Mills (Mazak & Fanuc controls). Machine large, precision components for aerospace, industrial, and custom projects. Write, edit, and verify CNC programs; adjust tool offsets. Operate lifting devices and material handling equipment safely. Perform basic maintenance such as replacing worn tooling and cleaning machines. Ensure quality by interpreting blueprints, GD&T, and inspection tools . Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. What We’re Looking For 5 years of CNC machining experience (mills and/or lathes). Strong knowledge of Mazak and Fanuc CNC controls . Skilled in blueprint reading and GD&T. Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions. Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO9000 environments a plus. Must be a U.S. Person or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder). Job Details Full-time, on-site position in Itasca, IL . Day and Night shift openings.
