Job Description:
At Dynomax Inc., we are seeking a skilled Applications Engineer
to join our dedicated team in the Engineering & Architecture
department. This role is pivotal in driving the development and
optimization of our precision machining, injection molding, and
tooling operations. The ideal candidate will utilize their
technical expertise to enhance our capabilities in producing highly
complex components for the aerospace, defense, and other high-stake

manufacturing processes for enhancements, product changes, new
products, and related fixtures and tooling that are consistent with
zero defect level and low product cost. Provide technical support
to all manufacturing processes in achieving Dynomax's operational
targets. Collaborate with the product design team to ensure
manufacturability of new designs and improve the manufacturability
of existing products. Prepare detailed reports and documentation
for process orders and technical data to ensure alignment with
industry standards and customer specifications. Conduct root cause
analysis for defect incidents and implement corrective actions to
mitigate future risks. Serve as a key technical liaison between
suppliers, engineering, and production departments to ensure
project outcomes align with business goals. Proficient in CAD and
CAM software Strong understanding of manufacturing processes,
especially precision machining and injection molding Excellent
problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong project
management and organizational skills Ability to communicate
effectively with all levels of the organization Knowledge of
material properties and hardware design Medical Insurance Dental

Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE) preferred Six Sigma Green Belt or
higher certification is advantageous
