This position involves setting up and maintaining manufacturing and test equipment, following standard operating procedures, troubleshooting simple issues, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Set up and maintain manufacturing and test equipment. Operate equipment and perform basic production tasks. Support routine technical activities. Follow standard operating procedures. Troubleshoot simple issues. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Essential Skills 1 year of experience working with PCBA circuit boards. Experience with repair and test of circuit boards. Additional Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in PCBA, electrical testing, and electrical repair. Ability to perform component repair and rework. Work Environment Work a consistent first shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 2:30 PM. The environment is focused on electronics manufacturing, requiring the use of technical equipment and adherence to safety standards. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
