Job Description We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic who is well-rounded in both mechanical and electrical skills. This position is perfect for individuals with basic skills who are eager to learn and grow. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of production equipment, including corrugators, starch mixers, balers, shipping conveyors, dust collectors, and hydraulic/pneumatic components. Training is provided on unique machines, making it a great opportunity for those entering the field. Responsibilities Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment. Work with corrugators, starch mixers, balers, shipping conveyors, and dust collectors. Handle hydraulic and pneumatic components. Conduct preventive maintenance and repair tasks. Utilize PLC troubleshooting and schematic reading skills. Essential Skills Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience. Proficiency in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems. Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics. Ability to perform preventive maintenance and use PLC troubleshooting skills. Must have own tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications A.S. or Technical degree in maintenance is nice to have. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr. 401k Health/Dental/Vision HSA/FSA Accounts Life and Disability Insurance Employee Assistance Program • Eligible for monthly bonuses that have been averaging paying out 15% of their monthly wages.
