Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Milling CNC Machinist,
where you will play a crucial role in setting up and operating CNC
milling machines. Your expertise will contribute to the precision
and quality of our machined components. Responsibilities Set up and
operate CNC milling machines according to blueprints. Conduct
quality inspections on machined components using micrometers,
calipers, and gauges. Complete 2-5 setups daily, ensuring accuracy
and efficiency. Perform tool changes and offsets to maintain
machine performance. Essential Skills Minimum 3 years of experience
setting up and operating CNC mills. Proficient in reading
blueprints and using micrometers, calipers, and other precision
measuring tools. Experience in an ISO certified manufacturing
environment, preferably in automotive, medical, or aerospace.
Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with 5-axis CNC
machines is preferred. Ability to work in a clean,

Environment Work on the 2nd shift from 3pm to 1:30am, Monday
through Thursday, with training on the 1st shift from 4:30am to
3pm. Enjoy a 15% shift premium for the 2nd shift, though not
eligible during the contract period. Join a medical device
manufacturing facility specializing in surgical instruments, with
approximately 100 employees. You will report to the Machining
Manager. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position
based out of Kenosha, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this
position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to
some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length
of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to
