prep. We are seeking a skilled Abrasive Blast Technician to join
our crew. This role is critical to our operation, requiring
precision, stamina, and a deep understanding of surface preparation

Engineering: Utilize steel grit and high-pressure blast equipment
to remove rust, scale, and old coatings from tank trailers and
industrial valves. - Profile Creation: Achieve specific "peaks and
valleys" (surface profiles) required for high-adhesion chemical
linings. - Equipment Operation: Set up and maintain blast pots and
compressed air systems; safely operate a forklift for product
staging. - Precision Preparation: Ensure every square inch of the
substrate is prepared to meet our rigorous 80-year quality
standards. What You Bring to the Team - Experience: Previous
experience in abrasive blasting or industrial surface prep is
highly preferred. - Technical Mindset: Ability to follow detailed
technical specs and understand the relationship between grit
pressure and surface integrity. - Reliability: A professional
approach to attendance, communication, and project timelines. -
Grit: Comfortable handling a blast hose (50 lbs of pressure) and
working in confined spaces/physical environments. Physical
Requirements & Safety - Ability to handle the physical demands of
the trade, including lifting 75–100 lbs and maintaining focus
during long periods of standing or stooping. - Comfortable with
heights (climbing ladders/trailers) and confined space entry. -
Commitment to all safety protocols and the proper use of
