Let us bring out the best in you!What qualifies me to be a DOR with HCR ManorCareLocation458 - ManorCare Health Services - Oak Lawn East, Oak Lawn, IllinoisEducational RequirementsMaster's in Therapy, or foreign equivalent; or a Bachelor's or foreign equivalent, plus 5 years as a dynamic PT, OT, or SLP.Position RequirementsGraduate of an accredited Therapy program and licensed or eligible for licensure in applicable state where working as a PT, OT, or SLP. SNF Management experience preferred but not necessary.Job Specific Details:Must be a licensed PT, OT, or SLP in the state of Illinios.
