Job Description:
Join our team as an Interventional Radiology Technologist at St.
John's Hospital in Maplewood, MN, working 0.8 FTE on day shifts
with rotating weekends.
Provide high-quality diagnostic imaging and patient care in
invasive procedures within interventional angio suites.
Assist radiologists with catheter and wire manipulations while
maintaining sterile technique.
Operate imaging equipment per standards, troubleshoot issues, and
ensure patient safety and comfort.
Communicate effectively with patients and team members, educating
patients and maintaining data integrity.
Maintain aseptic techniques and respond to equipment needs
promptly.
Qualifications include ARRT registration, vocational/technical
training or an associate degree, and current BLS certification.
Preferred candidates have 1 year of interventional experience and
ARRT IR certification or plan to obtain it within 18 months.
