Job Description:
Seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team
with a $1,000 sign-on bonus, competitive wages, excellent benefits,
and weekly appreciation events. Various full-time and part-time
shifts available, including day and night, 8- and 12-hour shifts.
Responsibilities include delivering direct patient care such as
bathing, toileting, feeding, grooming, and supporting daily
activities, under RN or LPN guidance. Maintain patient safety,
comfort, and dignity while adhering to policies, safety standards,
and infection control protocols. Monitor vital signs, assist with
mobility, ensure proper nutrition, and communicate patient needs
and observations to medical staff. Require Michigan CNA
certification, COVID-19 vaccination/exemption, and the ability to
work independently in a fast-paced environment. Prior long-term
care experience preferred; new CNAs are welcome. Pay varies based
on experience.
