Job Description:
Job Title: RN Step Down Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty:
Step Down Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per
Shift: 12.5 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Current RN license
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification Must-Have: - 2 years
of PCU / Med-Surg Telemetry Acute Care experience - Ability to
float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
Description: This position is for an 8-week assignment with every
other weekend and every other holiday. The traveler will be placed
on a unit based on the greatest need, whether it is a PCU or
Med-Surg/Telemetry unit. Candidates will be accepted as either a
Med-Surg or Stepdown RN as the credentialing for both skill sets is
the same. The traveler must be flexible and willing to float
between units as necessary.
