Established, Expanding Practice: Work alongside a collaborative team including one OB/GYN, a Nurse Practitioner, and a Midwife, with planned growth to two OB/GYNs and three Midwives Protected Surgical Time: Dedicated block OR day every Friday with access to Da Vinci robotics at a Level 2 Trauma / Level 3 NICU hospital Work-Life Balance: Anticipated 1 in 6 call schedule with no Saturday clinic hours required for the new OB/GYN Generous Compensation Package: Guaranteed base salary of $400,000, plus performance-based bonuses and up to $10,000 in relocation assistance Robust Benefits: Includes 30 days PTO, 5 CME days with $2,500 allowance, malpractice coverage, group health insurance (50% employer-covered), and 401(k) with 3% employer contribution Partner Track Opportunity: Build a lasting career with the ability to grow your patient base and clinical leadership About the Location: Hoffman Estates, IL offers the perfect blend of suburban comfort and metropolitan access.
