Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Lake Geneva, WI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,150 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med-surg Adult Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Current WI License Certifications: CPR/BLS Must-Have: Vaccinated for Flu Description: We are seeking experienced nurses. Candidates must have a current WI License and CPR/BLS certification. Registered nurses must be vaccinated for Flu. This position may require floating to other units. The role will require every other weekend and holiday, working 12-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 7 PM. Utilizes the nursing process and collaborates with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients. Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies and procedures, standards of care, and State laws/practice acts. Documents according to standards of care. Develops, initiates, and executes a patient plan of care according to the individualized needs of the patient, as prescribed by a physician and/or hospital policy, including patient and family instruction. Participates in department or unit performance improvement activities, which may include shared governance. Utilizes clinical expertise and guidance to other units or departments in support of the patient's longitudinal plan of care. Utilizes critical thinking regarding patient safety and patient experience and appropriately escalates issues to the appropriate chain of command. Holiday coverage is required.
