Job Description Job Description Home Health RN – Inspired Home Care Serving 10 counties: Cook, Will, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, McHenry, Lake, Ogle, DeKalb, LaSalle Inspired Home Care is growing fast, and we're hiring PRN and Part-Time RNs immediately . What You'll Do Assess patient conditions at each visit and document findings Complete evaluations: vitals, medication review, OASIS assessments, wound care, IV therapy Manage and monitor wound healing Educate patients and families on home?care procedures Collaborate with PT, OT, ST, physicians, and the full care team Recommend tools or devices that improve patient quality of life Listen, support, and respond to patient needs What You Bring Active RN license At least 1 year of in?home care experience Strong communication and time?management skills Compassionate, patient?focused approach Ability to travel to multiple patients daily (Preferred) Familiarity with Home Care Home Base or Kinnser If you're ready to provide meaningful care with the flexibility and independence you've been looking for, apply today and join a team that truly values its nurses.
