Job Description Pediatrician - Oconomowoc, WI (Sign-On Bonus &
Relocation Available) New graduates and residency candidates are
welcome. Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite) Setting: Outpatient Pediatric
Clinic with Hospital Privileges Schedule: 4 clinic days/week (32
hours) | 1 on-call night/week | ~13 weekends/year Job Summary: We
are seeking a Board Eligible/Board-Certified Pediatrician to
provide comprehensive care for patients from newborn through age
23. The role includes preventive care, sick visits, immunizations,
newborn rounding, and pediatric admissions in a collaborative
clinical environment. New graduates and residency candidates are
welcome. Key Responsibilities: Provide well visits, sick visits,
and preventive care. Diagnose and manage pediatric conditions.
Perform newborn rounding and pediatric admissions. Educate patients
and families. Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with
healthcare teams. Qualifications: MD or DO degree. Board
Eligible/Board Certified in Pediatrics. Wisconsin medical license
(or ability to obtain). DEA license (or willingness to obtain).
Strong communication and teamwork skills. Compensation & Benefits:
