Available Shifts: Regular 8 Pay Rate: $294.88 - $319.20 This
facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as
they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this
opportunity: Schedule: Will work 3-4 days clinic and 2 days in
hospital Job Setting: Both inpatient and outpatient Types of Cases:
General urology cases Credentialing Timeframe: 60-120 days Must be
board certified and have an Indiana license Prefer EPIC experience
