Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. This contract
position offers a unique opportunity to provide occupational
therapy services in a school setting during the Extended School
Year (ESY) session. Located in a regional day school in Jackson,
NJ, the role focuses on delivering specialized support to students
from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade participating in the ESY
program. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct occupational therapy
services to students in attendance for the ESY program. Collaborate
with educational staff and interdisciplinary teams to develop and
implement individualized treatment plans. Monitor student progress
and adjust therapy goals as appropriate. Maintain accurate
documentation and comply with school policies and procedures.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive
educational environment. Qualifications and Experience: Valid
Occupational Therapist (OT) license with experience in school-based
therapy. Demonstrated ability to work with PK-12 student
populations. Strong knowledge of school-based OT practices and IDEA
regulations. Ability to work effectively onsite, engaging with
students and educators. Excellent communication and organizational
skills. Work Schedule and Location: Contract dates: July 1, 2026,
through August 12, 2026. Hours: Monday through Thursday, 9:30 a.m.
to 12:45 p.m. (Closed on July 6). Location: Regional day school in
Jackson, NJ. Onsite attendance required. This contract role
provides a meaningful way to support students therapeutic needs
during the summer ESY program in a dedicated school environment.
