Job Description:

Required Qualifications Current American Board for Certification (ABC) Certified Pedorthist (CPed) credential required. State licensure where required, or eligibility to obtain licensure in applicable jurisdictions. Strong understanding of anatomy, lower extremity biomechanics, and foot and ankle pathology. Working knowledge of pedorthic materials, therapeutic footwear, and shoe modification techniques. Effective communication and patient education skills. Strong organizational, documentation, and workflow management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Medicare Therapeutic Shoe Program documentation and compliance. Experience in referral development and physician relationship management. Prior experience in an outpatient pedorthic, orthotics, or rehabilitation clinic setting. Experience collaborating within a prosthetics and orthotics multidisciplinary practice. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a clinical setting, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Frequent bending, reaching, and fine motor coordination required for footwear modification and device adjustments. Visual acuity sufficient for device fabrication assessment and fitting. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $62,000 annually , commensurate with experience, referral development activity, clinical proficiency, and demonstrated program contribution.
