in Merrillville and Hammond, IN - 40 miles from Chicago Full-time,
permanent positions Needs are due to a retirement and a physician
moving to another state Salary starts at 250k 3 days in office, 1
surgery day and 1 day off Call 1:4 Backup call 5 midwives on staff
NP's on staff Full array of benefits Sign on and relocation
