Job Description Job Description This is a high-mileage, dedicated route, hauling no-touch —get home every weekend, earn up to $100K annually, and run consistent miles to Company-owned plants in Canada. With sleeper trucks, only two overnights a week, and strong benefits including profit sharing and PTO, this role balances stability, pay, and schedule in one of the cleanest runs you’ll find. What You’ll Get: $100,000/year Home every weekend Only 1-2 overnights per week 95% no-touch freight – no tarping 2–5 stops per week, consistent schedule We pay for your U.S. passport and expedite it What You’ll Do: Haul trailer and towing components from Elkhart, IN to Ontario, Canada and routes within the US Drive sleeper, automatic trucks with forward-facing cameras Gain valuable OTR experience with short, manageable trips Requirements: Valid Class A CDL with 1 year experience (newer drivers encouraged to apply) Must qualify for Canadian entry Must be willing to undergo to an MVR Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days Company-paid life insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match up to 11% Supportive team environment This is a great fit for drivers who want OTR experience without being gone for long stretches.
