As a Pool Bar Attendant for Cool Water Pool Bar & Grill at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will support servers in the efficient delivery and service of Pool Bar food and beverage offerings to restaurant guests, ensuring a seamless and high-quality dining experience. What will you be doing? · Cleans and resets tables throughout shift. · Maintains clean and organized deck for guests. · Fully understands the menu and beverage list to better assist servers. · Have complete understanding of ingredients and preparation of the dishes. · Delivers all required Service Accents to the guest (e.g., SSA presentation, bread presentation, horseradish/cheese grating, dessert presentation). · Maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe work environment. · Must comply with opening and closing as well as running side work necessities. · Direct and consistent communication with the culinary and management team. · Bus seats around pool when needed. · Perform other duties as assigned.
