Tax Product Manager ( Senior Level) – Fully Remote Location: United States ( Remote) Salary: $ 160,000 – $ 170,000 base salary bonus equity Industry: Tax Technology / FinTech / SaaS About the Role: A fast- growing tax technology and data platform company is seeking an experienced Tax Product Manager to lead the development of innovative SaaS solutions within the tax and financial services ecosystem. This is a fully remote opportunity for a strategic product leader who thrives at the intersection of tax expertise, product strategy, and customer- driven innovation . This role is ideal for a Senior Product Manager with experience in tax technology, tax software, or financial SaaS products who enjoys working closely with customers, identifying market opportunities, and delivering impactful products from concept through launch. Tax Product Manager Responsibilities Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for tax technology products Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing enhancements Conduct market research and customer discovery to identify business problems and product opportunities Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross- functional teams to build and deliver product features Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with customer needs and business goals Gather and prioritize customer feedback and market insights to guide product development Translate customer and business requirements into clear product specifications Monitor product performance and use data and analytics to drive product decisions Serve as the primary product expert and point of contact for internal stakeholders Stay current on tax technology trends, financial SaaS products, and emerging technologies such as AI Required Qualifications 5 years of Product Management experience in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software 5 years of experience in or around the tax industry or tax technology Experience managing products from ideation to launch Strong understanding of product development processes and Agile methodologies Experience working cross- functionally with engineering, product, and design teams Experience conducting market research and customer discovery Strong analytical and problem- solving skills Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across teams Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field Preferred Qualifications Background in tax accounting or tax software Experience working with tax technology platforms Familiarity with K- 1 tax forms or investment reporting workflows Experience working in financial services or fintech SaaS companies Exposure to AI, machine learning, or data- driven products Product management certification ( CSPO, PMP, etc.) Benefits Equity opportunities Fully remote work environment Unlimited PTO company holidays Paid parental leave Comprehensive healthcare benefits 401( k) plan Opportunity to work with a high- growth SaaS startup Why Join Us This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing technology company transforming the tax and financial data ecosystem .
