Job Description Job Description LHH is seeking a Corporate
Paralegal to join their client's corporate legal team. This role
supports a sophisticated in-house legal department and is integral
to corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and entity
management across a complex organizational structure. What You'll
Do Maintain and manage corporate records, entity documentation, and
minute books for multiple legal entities Prepare and organize board
and committee materials, including resolutions, written consents,
and meeting minutes Support corporate secretarial and governance
functions, including calendar management and entity maintenance
Assist attorneys with regulatory, insurance, and securities-related
filings and documentation Help administer compliance programs such
as conflicts of interest and governance policies Provide flexible,
project-based legal and administrative support across the legal
department as needed Who You Are A seasoned corporate paralegal
with 5-7 years of experience in an in-house or complex law firm
environment Knowledgeable in corporate governance, entity
management, and working within regulated industries Highly
organized, detail-oriented, and trusted to handle sensitive and
confidential information A collaborative professional with strong
written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in
Microsoft 365 and virtual meeting platforms Benefit offerings
