Our clients are happy with our offerings because we can help them close on their properties faster, with less hassle, and with the best offers in the market.The--Acquisitions Specialist then uses our proven marketing and selling system to contact prospective sellers, qualify them, and put an offer on the table which leads to closing with a signed contract.

Our--Acquisitions Team:--

Responsibilities:
--- Calling seller leads EVERY DAY
--- Qualifying opportunities
--- Utilizing company provided tools to determine appropriate offers
--- Negotiating and documenting the transaction terms and conditions
--- Visiting and inspecting properties where applicable and feasible
--- Closing opportunities that we can then sell to qualified investors
--- Managing a pipeline of prospective sellers
--- cold call homeowners and buyer prospects
--- searching the MLS for potential properties
--- finding, joining and searching Facebook groups for potential properties and buyers
--- effectively communicate with agents, wholesalers and potential sellers regarding properties
--- locate properties and determine After Repair Value (ARV)
--- add property leads to the CRM
--- provide an email recap at the end of each day outlining tasks completed and conversations had, along with lead details
--- other tasks as determined

Qualifications:
