Clinical Psychologist, LCSW, LCPC, Postdoc, Post-MSW Clinical Fellow

As a growing group psychotherapy practice for women, we are looking for psychotherapists to join our team and diversify & expand services for our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves seeing psychotherapy clients full-time and wants to deepen their capacities as a healer. We are seeking candidates who are licensed or pre-licensed psychologists, or who have an LCSW or LCPC license to practice in Illinois. We also have a new Post-MSW Clinical Fellowship, so if you are pre-LCSW, you are welcome to apply for this opportunity. Additionally, we have one postdoctoral residency position open for an Aug/Sept start with the rest of the incoming postdoc cohort.

--- We're training in Imago Relationship Therapy and, as such, will be expanding our couples therapy offerings over the next year. There will be additional opportunities to become trained in Imago in future years!
--- We'd love to have a therapist on board who incorporates David Elliott-style breathwork into their sessions. As such, we'd be supportive of a new hire being trained in this modality.
--- Art therapy is in demand. We are interested in hiring a second art therapist.
--- If you are someone who is interested in Somatic Experiencing, Hakomi Mindful Somatic Therapy, and/or Yoga Therapy, we'd like to bring these modalities to our clients.
--- Therapy for new moms is in high demand. If you are someone who has the Certification in Perinatal Mental Health or would like to pursue this, consider joining us.
--- We are recently in-network with Aetna Insurance at attractive reimbursement rates and experiencing increasing demand for our services.
--- We have untapped potential with our Medicare contract. If you are someone who would enjoy working with the aging population of women, we would build this out.

Currently, we prefer to hire full-time (25+ client hours/week) for hybrid positions that include 2 days of seeing clients in person at either our Lakeview or Andersonville offices. The rest of the week/your clients can be seen virtually from your home. If you prefer to be in the office for more days, we can also arrange that. Part-time and/or fully remote candidates will be considered if there's a strong match with BA.
We are seeking clinicians who are excited to be a part of our broader mission for the longer term and want to match the investment that Balanced Awakening makes in our clinicians to provide top-notch therapy and healing services.
Benefits Include:

Compensation:

--- Licensed master's level range will be $75,000 - $90,000 at 25+ clients/week.
--- Licensed psychologist range will be $90,000 - $120,000 at 25+ clients/week.

Responsibilities:
--- Maintain a caseload of your ideal psychotherapy clients (25+ per week as full-time with benefits).
--- Complete notes in a timely manner in our EHR for each client session.
--- Manage your email so that emails are attended to within 48 of your working hours.
--- Participate in an hourly quarterly (4x's year) team meeting and enjoy lunch with the team.
--- Maintain your license by completing necessary CEUs, engaging in ethical behavior, etc.
--- Otherwise, be who you'd like to be as a therapist and member of our team!

Qualifications:
--- Licensed Psychologist/LCPC/LCSW/LMFT in the state of IL.
--- A curiosity about healing in general, with some specific areas that you'd like to explore in depth.
--- A passion for providing psychotherapy to some of the populations we serve.
--- A resonance with our mission to empower women and provide integrative and cutting-edge healing modalities alongside more traditional psychotherapy.
--- A commitment to self-care and keeping your own life running optimally.
