Advocate Health is seeking a board certified Otolaryngologist to care for patients at our clinics in Chicago, Illinois, with surgeries performed at our Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn.Job details

• Full-time General Otolaryngologist
• Two clinic locations with surgical cases performed at our Advocate Christ Medical Center
• Advocate Christ Medical Center is a 749-bed premier teaching institution and one of the major referral hospitals in the Midwest for a number of specialties.--
• Clinic locations include the Beverly Outpatient Center and the Southeast Physician Office Building--
• Physician will provide broad spectrum of care to a diverse patient population
• You will join one other ENT physician and it is anticipated you will see approximately 20-24 patients/day
• Monday - Friday schedule may vary based on surgical block days
• Dedicated staff and multiple exam rooms to support your practice; radiology on-site
• Audiology on-site at each clinic location
• Excellent referral base
• EPIC EMRTraining and/or experience required
  • Completion of an accredited otolaryngology residency program
