Position Overview: Concordia Group is seeking detail oriented AutoCAD designers of all levels. The ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of AutoCAD experience. Telecom industry experience is a plus but not required.Benefits:401K - with Company MatchHealthcare: Medical, Dental, VisionCompany Paid Life InsuranceShort- and Long-term disability benefitsVacation Pay and Sick Pay8 Minimum Holiday Pay1 floating holiday per yearEndless opportunities for growth!Responsibilities:Perform the Civil and/or Architectural Design for Wireless Telecommunications sites such as:RooftopsTanksRaw Land Cell TowersColocationsRead, Analyze & Understand the specific project scope of workIdentify any potential space constraints/challenges and develop a solution for the site layoutIdentify any potential structural constraints/challenges and escalate to the Project ManagerWork with the project Manager to mentor and collaborate with other designer team membersAttend & Perform site walks with the project manager and the customer whenever neededPerform structural mappings on rooftops and take measurements on sites and collect data from the field sufficient to perform the designs in the office side.Perform site auditsAbility to be flexible enough to travel out of Illinois state is not a requirement but is considered a plus.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering field or Degree in Architecture plusAutoCAD Certificate plusSelf Starter and highly motivatedProficient in AutoCAD is a must!Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, ETC.)Strong attention to detailStrong sense of urgency; we are a fast paced environmentGood communications, numeracy and Computer skillsAbility to work as part of a team while also having plenty of your own initiativeProblem solving and a desire to come up with practical solutionsAccuracy and attention to detail Concordia Wireless is a division of Concordia Group.
