Responsibilities:

Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller
Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings


Qualifications:
--- Currently licensed in IL.
--- Proven track record in prospecting and sales.
--- A track record of embracing accountability and taking ownership of your success.
--- A strong desire to continually improve and push your limits.
--- Humility and a willingness to learn from others.
--- A team-oriented mindset and a belief in the collective strength of a united team.
