Executive- Building Automation Sr. Construction Sales Executive-
Building Automation Position Overview We are seeking a highly
motivated and experienced Sr. Construction Sales Executive with a
focus on Building Automation Systems (BAS). The ideal candidate
will drive sales growth by developing and maintaining relationships
with key stakeholders in the construction and building technologies
sector, leveraging expertise in Building Management Systems (BMS)
and controls to meet client needs effectively. Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the building
automation and construction industry. Develop and maintain strong
relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to
promote building automation solutions. Conduct presentations and
demonstrations of building automation products and services to
potential clients. Collaborate with engineering and technical teams
to design customized solutions that meet client specifications.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiate
contracts effectively. Stay abreast of industry trends, market
conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall
company growth. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering,
Business, or a related field. 5 years of sales experience in the
construction or building automation industry. Strong knowledge of
Building Automation Systems (BAS), Building Management Systems
(BMS), and controls. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding
sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and
interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of
