the Role Custom Print Graphics is seeking a detail-oriented
Part-Time Invoicing & Customer Support Assistant to work directly
with our Finance Manager supporting invoicing, customer
communication, and administrative workflows. This role functions as
a right-hand assistant helping keep billing accurate, emails
organized, and day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities Create and review invoices from completed orders
Verify pricing, quantities, and purchase order details Assist with
billing workflows in Printavo and QuickBooks Online Apply payments
and help maintain accurate AR tracking Monitor shared inboxes and
assist with customer email communication Provide light customer
service support and internal follow-ups Flag discrepancies or
missing information before invoices are sent Maintain organized
digital records and assist with administrative tasks What Were
Looking For Strong attention to detail and ability to work
independently Organized, proactive, and solution-focused mindset
Comfortable communicating professionally with customers via phone &
email Prior invoicing, admin, or customer service experience
preferred QuickBooks Online or production/order software experience
is a plus Compensation Starting at $15.00 per hour, based on
experience. Work Environment On Site Flexible part-time schedule,
20-30 hrs/wk
