Chicago-based nonprofit social services agency that provides
therapeutic, wellness, and skill development services to youth,
families, and neighborhoods affected by lasting trauma. We foster

teamwork. Our Child & Family Treatment Center (CFTC) is a 24-hour
residential program for DCFS- and ISBE-referred youth ages 8-18 who
are experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges. With a
trauma-informed, outcomes-driven approach, we help youth heal from
abuse, neglect, and trauma while building the skills they need to
thrive. About the Role As a Residential Youth Clinical Supervisor
(Licensed Milieu Supervisor), you'll lead and support a
multidisciplinary residential treatment team that helps youth heal
from trauma and build brighter futures. You'll provide clinical
guidance, supervision, and mentorship to therapists, case managers,
and unit staff-ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care. This
role is perfect for a licensed clinician who thrives in a
leadership position and is passionate about shaping program
quality, supporting staff growth, and improving outcomes for youth
and families. In this role, you will: Lead and supervise a
multidisciplinary core team (Therapist, Case Manager, Unit
Coordinator), fostering a culture of respect, empowerment, and
collaboration. Provide clinical oversight and reflective
supervision, supporting trauma-informed and strengths-based care
practices. Guide treatment planning, documentation, and service
delivery to meet agency, Medicaid, and DCFS standards. Co-chair
weekly core team meetings and facilitate treatment staffings,
ensuring clear communication and goal alignment. Support quality
improvement initiatives by analyzing program data, identifying
trends, and leading outcome-focused solutions. Review and approve
critical incident reports, safety documentation, and client
records. Partner with leadership to evaluate staff performance,
coordinate professional development, and maintain training
compliance. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to crises
or emergent program needs. Who We ' re Looking For Required:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology. Current
LCSW, LCPC, or Psychologist license in Illinois. Minimum of 5
years' experience in human services and 3 years of supervisory or
leadership experience. Valid Illinois driver's license, reliable
transportation, and proof of insurance. Preferred: Experience in
residential treatment or youth-serving organizations. Knowledge of
DCFS, COA, and Medicaid documentation standards. Experience
managing teams or contributing to program development. Additional
Information This is a full-time on-site role at our Child and
Family Treatment Center at 4833 N Francisco Ave, Chicago, IL 60625.
Schedule is 3 days 9:00am-5:00pm and 2 days 1:00pm-12:00am, with
rotating on-call responsibilities for emergencies and support.
Involves travel to various other locations as needed. Compensation,
