What You'll Lead & Build
As our Director of Sales, you will be the architect of a
results-oriented team culture-motivating, mentoring, and developing
your team to surpass sales goals and drive customer value. You'll
work cross-functionally with marketing and product leadership to
expand market share and capitalize on new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management & Leadership
Motivate and coach a growing team of sales professionals to
consistently exceed targets
Create a culture of accountability, passion, and purpose
Resolve conflicts constructively and quickly to keep the team
focused and aligned
Goal Setting & Performance Optimization
Define ambitious, clear, and achievable KPIs
Continuously monitor individual and team performance using
dashboards and sales analytics
Deliver consistent, constructive feedback and performance
reviews
Training & Development
Champion a culture of continuous learning
Launch onboarding, skills workshops, and personal development
programs that turn potential into performance
Strategic Sales Execution
Identify and pursue high-value opportunities in key markets
Use market trends and data insights to steer business development
strategies
Collaborate with Marketing to align campaigns with pipeline
targets
Your Profile / Qualifications
Experienced: Minimum 5 years in a senior sales leadership role,
ideally in capital equipment or B2B industrial sectors
Educated: Bachelor's degree required (Engineering or Business). MBA
or Master's preferred
Strategic: You can spot market opportunities and act decisively
Mentor & Coach: You bring out the best in people and know how to
build winning teams
Analytical: You're confident with data and thrive in a
metrics-driven environment
Visionary Communicator: Able to steer, inspire, and unite diverse
stakeholders
